TLCS

To use this program to its full advantage, please reference this directory in your environment variables. For this program to work, it needs to be able to create new directories and files inside %tmp%.

The concept of TLCS is that you can use C# 9.0 top level programming to it's full advantage, by only having to input one file, similar to python,
to make your program run. However, TLCS doesn't support using multiple files whatsoever- it can only be used purely for top level coding.

So with that out of the way,
